The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a downtown area. The location provided a pleasant view. All the shopping areas on Main Street and 2nd Street were easily accessible. I had a really nice stay on our big southwest

Good location. Friendly staff. Nice pool.
I was very disappointed I am a rewards member with Hilton and by booking through your company they wouldn't acknowledge my stay which I can kinda understand but then they stuck us downstairs ground level/basement across from the conference rooms and refused to include breakfast like they do if you book through them or just walk up to the counter. WOW $500 for 2 rooms 1 night and don't even include breakfast. They must have to really pay for your service. ☹️ Or just thought its a little more in their pocket and probably wouldn't hurt to treat us like a 3rd rate guest since we used your service as a convenience to locate a hotel as we traveled. Be interested if this is normal with Hilton and your arrangement or if it was just a misunderstanding.

The location here is fantastic, being right next to the River Trail, close to a market, shops, restaurants.

The hotel's riverside location was nice, just a short walk to a peaceful park. My room was spotless and had a beautiful view of downtown. I loved having coffee/tea facilities, a cozy seating area, and a desk in the room.

Great location, really nice hotel. Within easy walking distance to almost all attractions. Well worth the small additional charger to get a riverside room.
I learned that because I reserved rooms through Booked.net I was told I could not receive Hilton Honors credit for staying three nights. If this is true your company should fully disclose this when reserving. If not true, I would appreciate getting your assistance in getting Hilton award credit.

This place boasts a riverside location, making it a beautiful spot right by the Animus River. Additionally, there's an off-leash dog park nearby which is perfect for a walk or playtime with your furry friend 🐕.

The view from the breakfast room was wonderful as was the view from our riverside room.
There was no top sheet on the beds, just bottom sheet and duvet cover. The breakfast was a bit expensive but was good overall.

Friendly staff! They hooked us up with a swanky room that had a balcony, coffee setup, and a patio to chill on. 🌟

The bed was way past its prime. Had a very uncomfortable night. Have been here before but had a nice bed. Need to change out the old ones!
The staff was less than welcoming this time. The bed was horrible.

Did not like the fact that room charges from bar and restaurant were treated differently. Received alert from AE that a charge from bar was made without card. Why was this different? Hotel explained that we were only approved for amount of room. My AE is approved for a lot more than that. Also, Hilton points were not awarded because booking was done thru your web site. Last time that will be used.
